until bedtime or you can't stand the smell.
as long as the diaper is not exploding from excess liquid and baby's butt is not getting a rash.

Okay, no funny comments coming to me right now... I tend to change them right away. Maybe I'll be more on JD's time table when I'm on kid #3... :o)
Well, it depends on if your husband is home from work and if you are tired of changing diapers...Then I say all night if need be!!!
